This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) applies to the website and all related websites of Soft Technologies LLC (hereinafter — the “Site”), its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively the “Site”). 1.2. For the purposes of this Policy, the following is considered personal information:
1.2.1. Personal information that you provide about yourself voluntarily during registration (authorisation on the site) or during the use of the Site, including your personal data.
1.2.2. Personal information transferred about you by Telegram Messenger Inc (Registration number: 1968129).
1.2.3. Data that is automatically transmitted during your use or visit of the Site by software installed on your device, including IP address, cookie data, information about your browser (or other program through which the services are accessed), technical characteristics of the equipment and software you use, the date and time of access to the services, the addresses of the requested pages, and other similar information, and/or transmitted via Telegram Messenger Inc (Registration number: 1968129).
1.2.4. Your payment card data, other payment information provided by you, as well as information received from other persons participating in a payment transaction using the Site and/or in connection with the Company providing paid services.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Information
2.1. By completing and submitting any forms on the Site, by clicking the “Continue” button, and by giving consent for the processing of technical information (cookies) automatically collected by the software, you express your consent to this Policy and the conditions of processing and transfer of your personal data described herein, and you confirm that the provisions of the Policy are clear and understandable to you.
2.2. Your consent to providing, processing, and transferring personal data to the Company in accordance with the Policy is full and unconditional.
2.3. Personal data processing is performed without time limit by the following means: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modifying), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data, including via personal data information systems with or without automation tools. If the Company receives a notice from you withdrawing consent to personal data processing, the Company will cease processing your personal data within a period not exceeding 10 business days from the date of receipt.
2.4. A notice to withdraw consent for personal data processing must be sent to the email address: admin@walkthroughs.games.
2.5. The Site processes your personal information for the following purposes:
- 2.5.1. To identify the User registered on the Site in order to provide services and fulfil the Company’s obligations to the User.
- 2.5.2. To establish feedback with you, including sending notifications and requests concerning Site use, providing services, and processing your inquiries and applications.
- 2.5.3. To confirm the accuracy and completeness of the personal data you have provided.
- 2.5.4. To create an account on the Site if you have completed the authorisation procedure.

3. Conditions for Processing Personal Information and Transferring It to Third Parties

3.4. The Company takes the organisational and technical measures necessary to protect your personal information against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.
4. Rights
4.1. The Company’s Rights
4.1.1. The Company has the right to conduct statistical and other research based on depersonalised information provided by you. The Company has the right to grant access to such research to third parties for the purposes of targeted advertising. By accepting the Policy you consent to such research and to receiving targeted advertising. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the Company at the email address listed in clause 2.4 of the Policy.
4.1.2. The Company has the right to grant access to information about you to third parties, including other users of the Site, where you have consented to this and where such transfer is necessary for the Company to perform its obligations to you.
4.1.3. The Company reserves the right to provide any information to law enforcement bodies, both on request and on its own initiative.
4.1.4. The Company may disclose any available information about you (including your identity) if it determines that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding your use of the Site, or to identify, contact, or initiate legal proceedings against any person who may cause harm or interfere with the rights or property of the Company, visitors or users of the Site.

4.2.2. The right to correct information the Company has about you if it is inaccurate.
4.2.3. The right to delete, restrict, or “suspend” the use of your information (in exceptional cases).
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1. The parties agree to a mandatory pre-trial dispute settlement procedure by sending a complaint to the email address admin@walkthroughs.games with the subject line “Pre-trial Claim”. The Company undertakes to respond to the complaint within 15 (fifteen) business days from receipt of such letter.
5.1.1. Disputes arising between the parties that are not resolved through the pre-trial procedure are referred to courts with jurisdiction established by current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. Other Conditions
6.1. The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the Policy at any time without prior notice to you. Information about such changes and the moment such changes come into force is available on the Site. You are responsible for monitoring such changes on the Site yourself.
6.2. The Policy is an integral part of the Public Offers and the Rules for using the Site and services.
