1. General Provisions
Services rendered in an electronic environment, or intangible goods and products of digital content (games, CD keys, prepaid gift cards, etc.) delivered to the consumer instantly, cannot be cancelled or returned. All users making purchases on our website are deemed to have accepted this condition, because they are buying digital content.

3. Delivery of Digital Products
Soft Technologies LLC ensures prompt delivery of digital (virtual) products (hereinafter — the “Goods”) to the Buyer, sent to the email address specified by the Buyer and to the Buyer’s account on the Service after payment.
The Buyer understands and agrees that certain categories of Goods (in particular, but not limited to: PIN codes, unique activation codes, prepaid cards, etc.) cannot be subject to prompt and unconditional return to the Seller because of the potential for such Goods being compromised on the Buyer’s side.
4. No Return of Activated Goods
The Buyer understands and agrees that certain categories of Goods (in particular, but not limited to: PIN codes, unique activation codes, prepaid cards, etc.) cannot be subject to prompt and unconditional return to the Seller because of the potential for such Goods being compromised on the Buyer’s side.
5. Digital Property
The property is a digital good that is not subject to exchange or return due to loss of marketable appearance, consumer properties, or means of individualisation of such property.
6. Procedure for Order Issues
6.1. If the property has not been delivered or is inoperative, the User undertakes to notify the Company by sending a corresponding request on Telegram @CoreFocuss or through the contact details specified in the “Contacts” section on the website, with mandatory indication of the Order number. The Company undertakes to verify this within 72 (seventy-two) hours of receiving such a request from the User, and based on the results may take one of the following decisions with reasons given:
- a) Refuse to exchange or refund the funds;
- b) Exchange for other similar Services in an amount and quantity comparable to the refund amount, or refund the funds for the rendered services in full;
- c) With the User’s consent, modify the Order with subsequent crediting of the monetary amount to the User’s personal account (applicable for registered users) at the equivalent value and on the conditions under which the Company concludes the sale-of-goods contract on the day of actually concluding such a transaction;
- d) With the consent of an unregistered user, that user registers on the website (the unregistered user independently completes registration on the website, after which they notify the Company of the credentials by which it is possible to confirm that the Personal Account belongs to them) and modify the Order to a purchase of goods with subsequent crediting of the monetary amount to the User’s personal account at the equivalent value and on the conditions under which the Company concludes the sale-of-goods contract on the day of actually concluding such a transaction;
- e) Refund the funds partially or in full;
- f) Refund the funds for the rendered services minus the agency commission and incurred costs.
6.1.1. Such a decision is sent in a reply message or new message via the same channel the User used to contact the Company.
6.2. If the property has not been delivered because the User specified incorrect data when placing the Order (including but not limited to non-compliance with the requirements and recommendations stated by the Company in the “Information”, “Characteristics”, “Description”, “FAQ” sections, and non-compliance with the terms set out in the Offer), such property is not subject to return or exchange.
6.3. If the User has paid only part of the Order, or if within 1 (one) hour the status of the Order in the Personal Account (applicable for registered users) or via the link provided by the Company about the Order status (applicable for both registered and unregistered users) is not shown as “Completed”, the user undertakes to contact the Company with a written request on Telegram @CoreFocuss or through the contact details specified in the “Contacts” section on the website, indicating the Order number and a brief description of the issue, within 70 (seventy) hours of payment.
6.4.1. Provided the User observes the timeframes set out in this section, the Company undertakes to take one of the following decisions and notify the User:
- a) With the User’s consent, modify the Order with subsequent crediting of the monetary amount to the User’s personal account (applicable for registered users) at the equivalent value and on the conditions under which the Company concludes the sale-of-goods contract on the day of actually concluding such a transaction;
- b) With the consent of an unregistered user, register them on the website and modify the Order to a purchase of goods with subsequent crediting of the monetary amount to the personal account at the equivalent value and on the conditions under which the Company concludes the sale-of-goods contract on the day of actually concluding such a transaction;
- c) Refund the funds partially or in full;
- d) Refund the funds for the rendered services minus the agency commission and incurred costs;
- e) Refuse to refund the funds.
6.4.2. If the User has contacted the Company after the deadline indicated in clause 6.3 of this Policy, the Company has the right to refuse the return and/or exchange of the property.
6.4.3. The Company notifies the User of the decision taken by sending a reply or new message via the same channel the User used to contact the Company.
6.5. In the event of a refund to the User, bank commissions and any other services provided by banks when paying for the Order are not subject to reimbursement.
