Conversation with Amanda

At the beginning of the episode, you will find yourself in the garden with Amanda. She is waiting for you at the opposite end of the bridge—head toward her along the path. The conversation will require you to make several decisions, each of which will affect Amanda’s level of trust in Connor.

Important: The number of available response options depends on your actions in the previous mission. If you have gathered enough evidence or detained the deviant, there will be more dialogue options.

After the conversation ends, Amanda will report on a new case, and Connor will head to Hank’s place.

Detective Anderson’s House

Penetration inside

Connor will arrive at the house by bus. Go to the front door and ring the bell—there will be no answer. Go around to the back of the building and look through the window: Hank is lying unconscious on the floor.

Perform quick time events (QTE) to break the glass and get inside. You will be greeted by the detective’s dog, Sam. If you learned her name in the episode “Waiting for Hank,” the dog will not show aggression.

Providing assistance

1. Approach Hank and scan his body.
2. Perform a series of actions to bring the detective to his senses (Connor will use very decisive methods — slaps)
3. Lift Hank up and take him to the bathroom
4. Open the door and place the detective in the bathtub.
5. Turn on the water using the appropriate command

During the dialogue, use the following sequence of lines:

• First, select the “Solution” option.
• Then select “Tease.”

Choosing clothes and researching the location

Go to Hank’s bedroom and open the wardrobe. You will be offered a choice of three outfits — whatever you choose now, the detective will wear in the next chapter. Take the clothes to Hank in the bathroom.

After Hank accepts the clothes, you will have the opportunity to explore the house. Be sure to pay attention to the following objects:

Tip: Inspecting the pistol and scanning the photograph will unlock additional dialogue options in subsequent missions.
