You’ll reach a central platform with three color-coded pipe routes branching out. Your goal is to restore production by completing all three routes: Red, Blue-ish/White (often called “blue” because it looks light-blue), and Green.

Quick co-op setup (saves time)

  • Call your roles out loud before each route: “I’m operating / you’re inside,” “I’m carrying left side / you carry right side,” etc.
  • Magnet rule reminders help: opposites attract, same colors repel; some doors require both players using opposite polarities together.

Blue-ish/White Pipe (underwater wrench + fish)

This route drops you to the bottom area where you’ll fix three leaking joints using a large spanner/wrench. A hostile fish patrols and will rush you after each fix.

What to do

  1. Follow the blue-ish/white line down and locate the big spanner in the area.
  2. Move to a leaking joint. Each player grabs the spanner from opposite sides so it locks onto the nut.
  3. Turn to tighten the joint (one complete repair per leak).
  4. Immediately take cover when the fish charges. The safest habit: hide tight under/behind the repaired joint structure until it passes.
  5. Repeat for all three leaks to finish this line.

Common fail

  • If the wrench won’t “seat,” you’re not aligned on opposite sides. Reposition so each player is clearly on a different side of the same nut.

Red Pipe (capsule/globe platform + button)

The red route leads you to a large capsule/globe where one player enables entry and the other rides an internal platform to reach a button.

What to do

  1. Follow the red-lit route until you reach the globe area.
  2. May opens/pulls up the door so Cody can enter the globe.
  3. May then controls the platform (using the magnet surfaces on it) to line Cody up with the openings.
  4. Cody rides the platform, exits through the largest opening, and presses the button inside to complete the red line.

Common fail

  • If Cody keeps missing the exit, slow down: May should make small adjustments and hold the platform steady long enough for Cody to move and jump cleanly.

Green Pipe (magnet door + fan blades + surface run to the main control)

This route transitions from underwater hazards to a short surface section where you activate the production controls together.

What to do

  1. Follow the green-lit line to a door and open it using opposite magnets together.
  2. Continue forward and swim past rotating fan blades. Watch the rhythm, then dash through when there’s a clear gap.
  3. You’ll breach the surface and the path splits: May takes the right route, Cody the left to regroup ahead.
  4. Use the water pillars to cross: dive into the water flow, then dash to the next pillar before your air/time runs out.
  5. At the control area, take turns pushing/using the magnets to power/turn the mechanism until it completes.

Common fail

  • If you keep dying at the fans, don’t “thread the needle” mid-spin. Wait half a beat longer and go when the lane is fully open.

After all three lines are fixed

Once red + blue-ish/white + green are done, the factory machinery runs again. Return to the main mechanism and interact as required to move forward toward the lighthouse path.

At the start of Beneath the Ice, after you exit the underwater station and surface, look for wooden platforms on the ice to start Ice Race.
