Chapter 5: Lady’s Chambers

Chapter 5 is the shortest level in the entire game, but the final boss battle can be quite challenging. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you get through this stage without too much trouble.

Lady’s boudoir and bedroom

Immediately after starting the level, climb the stairs to the right—you will find yourself in Lady’s boudoir. Sneak behind her to get to the bedroom.

Pay attention to the painting of the Sixth hanging on the left wall. Then climb onto the bedside table and knock the pot with the eye on the floor — there is a key hidden inside. As soon as you pick it up, the Lady will disappear from the next room. Seize the moment: break the last figurine [10/10] on her dressing table.

Escape and the Mirror

Return to the landing and open the door with the key you found. Immediately run to the right—the Lady will be right behind you. Slip under the cabinets and keep moving until you reach the large hall with the geisha mannequins.

On the right side of the hall, you will see a boarded-up doorway. Remove the bottom board and crawl inside. There is a mirror on the table at the back of the room — take it and return to the previous area to meet the Lady face to face.

Final battle with Lady

The combat mechanics are simple but require good reflexes. The essence is as follows: illuminated areas light up one after another in the room — you need to stand in the beam of light and wait for the Lady to approach from the darkness from a random direction, then turn towards her and point the mirror.

After each successful reflection, you will be knocked over — don’t forget to pick up the mirror again and move to the next spotlight.

Order of appearance of spotlights:

Tip: With each round, Lady speeds up, leaving you less and less time to react. However, if you die and restart the fight, she often continues to appear from the same direction as before — use this to your advantage.

After defeating Lady, approach her and absorb her to take her power. After that, simply leave the level — the chapter is complete.
