When you wake up in the ventilation shaft, light your lighter and climb the ladder nearby. Move to the right—you will see a wrapped body ahead of you, which you need to grab onto in order to hook onto one of the passing hooks.

The hook will take you to a room filled with bodies. Continue to the right: soon, the heroine will be overcome by hunger. In the next room, you will find a rat stuck in a trap — pounce on it to satisfy your hunger. After that, climb onto the metal containers on the right and go to the next room. Here you will find another group of containers with a lid leaning against them — push the lid to the right to clear the way.

Secret: After climbing over the last containers, don’t rush to the right. Go to the screen and then to the left — there is a hidden entrance to a ventilation shaft, inside which is hidden the Figurine [05/10].

Pantry and “Assistant Chef” achievement

Go through the double doors, move the cart to the window on the right, climb onto it, and jump down into the storage room.

This is where the optional achievement/trophy begins. The essence of the task is to throw three ingredients into the pot with the stew, while avoiding the cook. Below is a detailed description of the steps.

Carrots

Take the carrot from the pantry and head right into the room with the cook. Crouch down and crawl under his work table. The cook may notice you at this point and try to grab you—if so, run through the opening on the right into the main kitchen and hide in the right corner of the first kitchen station, under a small table with a ladle. This is a safe place: the cook will not be able to see or grab you here. Wait until the cook moves deeper into the room, then run to the pot on the stove at the back of the room and throw the carrots into the stew.

Fish head

Return to the small table and wait. When the cook leaves again, grab the fish head lying under the large table on the right and return to your hiding place. The cook should move to the right side of the room for spices, turning his back to the pot — at this moment, throw the fish head into the stew. Immediately after that, run to the screen and hide behind the box with wine bottles and a piece of cheese. If you are spotted, return to the small table.

Cheese

Wait until the cook turns away, jump onto the box, and grab the cheese. Return to a safe place, then choose the right moment and throw the cheese into the pot.

After adding the third ingredient, you will receive the Kitchen Hand trophy/achievement.

Upper floor: door key

Make sure the cook isn’t looking your way, crawl under the large table, and climb the ladder on the right—there will be a locked door there. Climb onto the white cabinet at the back of the room, jump onto the rafters, and crawl across them to the other side. Then climb up the mesh cages to reach the top floor.

Bathroom

In the bathroom, climb onto the toilet to reach the shelf with the candle and light it. Then leave the bathroom.

The chef’s bedroom

Head left until you reach the end—the cook’s bedroom. There is a music box on the floor—don’t step on it, or the cook will wake up. Jump onto the shelf above the radiator and grab the key. Swing back and forth until the key falls. The noise of the fall will wake the cook — immediately hide under the bed. Wait until the cook leaves the room, then pick up the key.

Leave the bedroom and place the key near the steps to the elevator. Return to the bathroom—Nom [07/13] has appeared in the corner; hug him. Then take the key from the stairs and activate the lever next to the elevator to go back down to the kitchen.

Back to the kitchen

When you go downstairs, you will see Noma running to the left into the pantry. Leave the key in the hallway and go into the pantry — there is a jar jumping around. Throw it on the floor to free Noma [08/13] and hug him immediately. The sound of the broken jar will attract one of the cooks — hide under the shelves with ingredients and wait for the cook to leave.

Now return to the hallway with the elevator, pick up the key, and carefully carry it through the kitchen to the locked door. Open the lock.

Room with sausage machine

Behind the door, climb onto the table with the cleaver and crawl through the hole into the room with the sausage machine. Look under the table—Nom [09/13] is hiding there, and you can hug him. After that, get into the kitchen elevator (lift) and go up to the freezer.

Freezer

The task is to move two pieces of meat to the hatch in the floor, where one piece is already lying.

Secret: Before leaving the freezer, examine the right side of the room—there is a hatch you can crawl through. Inside, light the lantern and break the Statue [06/10] in the corner.

Go back down the lift and pull the lever hanging from the ceiling—the meat will fall into the sausage machine. Turn the lever on the machine itself to get 3 sausage bundles. Jump up, grab the bundles, and swing yourself to the opening in the right wall. Crawl through the ventilation shaft into the next freezer area.

Myasnitskaya: the second key

When you exit the freezer, you will find another locked door. Pull the lever by the elevator and immediately return to the freezer—hide in the boxes. The cook will come down in the elevator. Wait until he checks the box above you and goes deeper into the freezer, then run to the elevator and go up.

The cook will hear the elevator and rush after you — jump into the hole in the right wall of the corridor and wait. The cook will return and open the door opposite. Follow him into the butcher’s shop and immediately jump onto the table on the right. Climb up the barrels to the shelf with another candle. Be careful not to attract attention as you climb down. Once on the floor, crawl under the table behind the cook and find the hole in the left wall.

The key is on the cutting table right in front of the chef—you need to distract him. Go to the back room with the machine for processing wrapped corpses and press the white button to start the mechanism. Immediately run back through the opening and grab the key from the table. Run to the elevator, go down and open the locked door. Hide in the container — the cook will follow you.

Wait until the cook checks the room and exits through the door on the right. Get out, open and lower the hatch, crawl inside — you will find yourself in a garbage dump.

Secret: In the lower left corner of the trash heap, there is a hidden Statue [07/10] — break it.

Climb up the right wall and enter the ventilation shaft leading to the other part of the kitchen.

Escape: Two Cooks

Crawl right through the ventilation duct until you see two cooks washing dishes. Climb up and run to the right, slipping under the table to hide. Wait until the cooks return to work, then continue to the right into the side room. Be careful: there is a broken plate on the floor — don’t step on it, or you’ll attract attention.

Climb onto the table and move the lever on the back wall to the right. Immediately jump down and hide under the tables. Wait again until the cooks calm down, then crawl back to the ventilation shaft you came through. Climb down.

From here, you can easily watch both chefs. Wait for the moment when they both turn away from the central table, then quickly reach the table, climb on top of it, and scramble over the pile of dishes to grab the passing hook.

Final sprint

The hook will carry you through the kitchen, past the room with the lever, to a new area where one of the cooks is waiting to grab you. Jump off the hook when it passes over the two containers with dishes—before you reach the cook. Run to the right and slip under the table, dodging the chef entering through the left door. Don’t stop — both chefs will chase you. Climb onto the wooden crate, jump onto the container with dishes, and grab the hook to leave the level.
