There are 31 Firefly Pendants hidden throughout the campaign in The Last of Us Part 1. For the “Look for the Light” trophy, you need to collect 30 of the 31 — one is given automatically and does not count (see description #25 for details). All pendants can be collected by selecting the chapter if you have a manual save in the final chapter of the game.

The Quarantine Zone — 3 кулона

#1 — Vigil

Chapter: Beyond the Wall
As you advance through the first building with Tess, climb the stairs. When Tess lifts you up, go straight into the small bedroom—the pendant is on the floor to the left of the bed.

#2 — Happiness

Chapter: Beyond the Wall
After crossing the wooden planks with Tess, exit into a small alley. Tess will go to the right—you need to go left, toward the tree. The pendant glows at the base of the branches—shoot it down and pick it up from the ground.

#3 — Liu

Chapter: The Cargo
At the very beginning of the chapter, when Ellie joins you, you will see the green Alliance Real Estate building in front of you. At the entrance, there is a corpse leaning against a green newspaper box. The pendant is lying on the floor next to his left hand.

The Outskirts — 4 кулона

#4 — Lenz

Chapter: Downtown
Walk to the place where people usually enter the building on the left. Don’t go inside — look at the tree on the right. The pendant is hanging on the lower right branch. Throw a brick or a bottle, or shoot — pick it up from the ground.

#5 — Kiper

Chapter: The Museum
As you make your way through the buildings, you will come to an area with a collapsed floor, forming a wooden ramp to the next floor. Usually, people go to the right here, but to get the pendant, you need to go left. Move sideways along the ledge to the platform where the Kiper pendant lies in a wooden cabinet.

#6 — Davidson

Chapter: The Capital Building
After climbing over the green trash container and jumping over the metal fence, you will come out into an open area. Usually, people go to the right from here, but you need to go left, across the water to a small gazebo with a domed roof. The Davidson pendant is in the center of the gazebo, right in the water.

#7 — Jiang

Chapter: The Capital Building
After swimming under the wrecked train cars, turn left, climb onto the ledge, then go right down the corridor and re-enter the water past the corpse. Dive (circle) and move towards the metal structure — go inside and swim up to the wall directly in front of you. The Jiang pendant is on the second shelf from the top. If the collection marker does not appear, swim back a couple of steps and try again.

Bill’s Town — 3 pendants

#8 — Wang

Chapter: The Woods
After Ellie opens the gate, walk down the street to the music store sign with an RV on the right. There is a police car in front of the RV—jump on it, then onto the hood of the RV and onto the roof. The Wang pendant is on the right side of the roof.

#9 — Vincent

Chapter: Safe House
After Bill decapitates the infected in the window, exit through the front entrance of the store and deal with all the infected and clickers. Go right across the area, past the ambulance, and look at the lamppost—Vincent’s pendant is hanging right behind the lamppost. It is recommended to shoot, as it is difficult to throw a brick at such a height. After shooting, pick up the pendant from the ground.

#10 — Mrozik

Chapter: Graveyard
After passing through the graveyard and the wooden gate, which Bill will open, climb the hill to the large house. Go inside, deal with the infected, and enter the second room on the right—this is the toilet on the first floor. Look to the left: the Mrozik pendant is on the floor by the toilet against the wall.

Pittsburgh — 3 pendants

#11 — Risk

Chapter: Alone and Forsaken
Make your way to the Kingston bookstore, which you need to pass through as part of the storyline. Before entering, turn left along the wall, then right into the alley. The Risk pendant is on the floor behind the wooden rack, in front of the trash can.

#12 — Reed

Chapter: Hotel Lobby
Go up the stairs, then down through the damaged stairwell. Usually, people go through the first door on the right from here, but you need the second door on the left: it’s the women’s restroom. At the back, there are two stalls next to each other. Go into the left stall and look at the floor on the left — there is a Reed pendant there.

#13 — Rivers

Chapter: Escape the City
Progress through the chapter until Joel, Henry, Sam, and Ellie go outside and encounter patrols. Jump onto the truck trailer, then up to the next level, where there are a few more enemies. Once you’ve dealt with them, enter the building and go through the first door on the left to get to the men’s restroom. Rios’s pendant is on the toilet seat in the left stall.

The Suburbs — 3 кулона

#14 — Scheffler

Chapter: Sewers
Once you reach the shore, keep to the right side—there you will see a ship that has been washed ashore. Jump onto the deck and descend into the hold on the right, where you will find the Scheffler pendant.

#15 — Righetti

Chapter: Sewers
After the group passes through the grate into the sewer, follow the path to the left. Look at the right wall—there is a small hole with water flowing out of it. Go through it to the end, then turn left toward the wall: behind a small waterfall, slightly to the right, you can find the Righetti pendant.

#16 — Sources

Chapter: Sewers
As you proceed further into the sewer, reach the point where Joel must jump into the water on the right to remove debris. Instead, jump into the water on the left—there is a partially submerged car by the tree. Dive (circle) and look for the Fuentes pendant on the rocks directly in front of the windshield.

The Suburbs — 1 кулон

#17 — White

Chapter: Suburbs
Walk to the end of the street to the white house with the abandoned ice cream truck. Go into the yard to the right of the house and find the tree. The White pendant is hanging on a small branch to the left of the main trunk—throw an item or shoot it, then pick it up from the ground.

Tommy’s Dam — 2 pendants

#18 — Oliverio

Chapter: Hydroelectric Dam
Follow Tommy across the dam to the main control room, take the first left and exit through the door on the right. Go down three flights of stairs and enter the first room on the right. Look to your left—there is a door leading outside. Without going outside, you will see two filtration pumps to the right of the door. The Oliverio pendant is on the floor between them.

#19 — B. Pino

Chapter: Ranch House
Enter through the red front door of the ranch and stay on the first floor. Go right to the last room with a fireplace and a deer head on the wall. Look to the left—the B. Pino pendant is on the wooden table.

The University — 5 coulumbers

#20 — H. Pino

Chapter: Go Big Horns!
From the beginning of the chapter, go forward and turn right at the intersection (usually you would turn left here). Look at the tree on the right—the H. Pino pendant is hanging slightly to the left of the trunk, camouflaged by leaves. Knock it down and pick it up from the ground.

#21 — Rohner

Chapter: Go Big Horns!
After Joel starts the generator and Ellie and Callus the horse go inside, exit the building, turn left, and climb the stairs. Stop right in front of the concrete barriers, crouch down, look to the right, and pull yourself up into the window. In the small office room, Rohner’s pendant is on the table on the right.

#22 — Warren

Chapter: Go Big Horns!
Advance through the story to the point where you descend into an overgrown hall with cordyceps on the walls. There are many clickers here — clear them quietly. A Bloater roams this area — it is he who drops Warren’s pendant when he dies. Use Molotov cocktails, powerful weapons, or explosives.

#23 — Grigg

Chapter: Go Big Horns!
After you roll the generator cart to the cable and let Ellie through the gate, continue forward on Callus, but stay on the left side—not to the right on the main path. There is a tent in the far left corner. Grigg’s pendant is on the table against the back wall.

#24 — Hickmann

Chapter: Science Building
Proceed through the chapter to room 308 — Biology Lab. Opening the door will scare away the monkeys. Go to the back of the room and turn right — the Hickmann pendant is on the edge of the workbench, right behind the microscope.

Lakeside Resort — 3 pendants

#25 — Riley ⚠️ (does not count towards the trophy)

Chapter: The Hunt
The Riley pendant is automatically added to Ellie’s inventory at the start of the game and does not count towards the 30 pendants required for the trophy. This is why many players end up with 31 pendants — this is normal. You need exactly 30 of the remaining pendants for the trophy.

#26 — Kristof

Chapter: The Hunt
After David drops you off to lower the ladder, cross the bridge and eliminate the clicker. Turn left into the room where the clicker came from and look to the left—Kristof’s pendant is lying on a wooden box.

#27 — Brown

Chapter: Cabin Resort
After Callus’s death, go through the house at the foot of the snowy slope and climb out through the window on the right. Immediately to the right is a wooden bench. The Braun pendant is lying on the right side of the bench.

Bus Depot — 2 pendants

#28 — Perich

Chapter: Highway Exit
Go down the exit ramp past the yellow school bus. People usually turn right here, but you need to go left, behind the bus. Walk around the area on the left, past the water, and look for the Perich pendant on the ground in front of two orange traffic cones behind the blue pickup truck.

#29 — Nicole Hoo

Chapter: Highway Exit
Upon exiting the building, you will find yourself at the edge of the federal camp: there is a tank ahead and a large white tent to the left. Proceed toward the tent and immediately turn right. In front of the back wall of the green tent is a four-section spotlight — Nicole Hoo’s pendant hangs on the lower right section. Knock it down and pick it up from the ground.

Bus Depot (Underground Tunnel) — 1 charm

#30 — Natalie Hoo

Chapter: Underground Tunnel
Walk through the wrecked bus with Ellie and you will reach a slope leading down into a tunnel. At the top of the slope, look to your left—there is another wrecked bus there. Go around it on the left, and you will find Natalie Hoo’s pendant among the debris.

The Firefly Lab — 1 кулон

#31 — Stewart-Seume

Chapter: The Hospital
After Joel barricades the door with a chair, go up the stairs, turn right, then immediately left to the reception area. Enter the first door on the left—office 605. Look to the right: the Stewart-Seume pendant is on the table.

Important points

  • For the “Look for the Light” trophy, you need to collect 30 of the 31 pendants — pendant #25 (Riley) is given automatically and does not count.
  • All pendants are available through Chapter Select if you have a manual save in the final chapter.
  • Pendant #22 (Warren) drops from Bloaters — use Molotov cocktails and powerful weapons.
  • Pendants on trees and lanterns must be knocked down with a shot or throw and then picked up from the ground.
  • Pendant #7 (Jiang) is underwater — if the collection marker does not appear, swim back and try again.
