After meeting with Don Salieri, you learn about valuable cargo stuck at customs. While officially described as cigars, the shipment actually contains hidden diamonds. This mission requires a stealthy approach—any gunfire will result in immediate failure.

Getting Started

Begin by entering the vehicle. Following a brief conversation with Paulie and Sam, drop them off at the designated location. Your next objective is to locate a customs truck. You’ll find one in the southeastern section of the marked area, near the Harbor sign.

Infiltrating the Customs Facility

Once you’ve acquired the truck, follow the route to Sam’s position. A cutscene will play, after which you’ll be concealed in the truck bed. This allows you to enter the customs warehouse undetected.

Navigating the Compound

Exercise extreme caution from this point forward. You’re now alone inside the facility, and your primary goal is avoiding detection by workers and guards.

Unarmed workers can be subdued from behind, but any guard opening fire means mission failure.

Pay special attention to the agent marked with an exclamation point. This individual has an extended detection range and can spot you from considerable distances. Your best strategy is to give him a wide berth.

Key stealth tips:

  • Use staircases and elevated positions to stay out of sight
  • Move in a crouched position when necessary
  • Stick to shadowed areas whenever possible
  • Wait for enemies to turn away before advancing

Retrieving the Documents

Make your way across the compound using available cover. Once you reach the roof access, enter the target building. The documents you need are on the table directly ahead.

Continue to the second floor using the staircase. Cross to the opposite side and enter through the second door. Inside a crate, you’ll discover information pinpointing the cargo’s exact location—Sector D2 will now appear on your map.

Locating the Cargo

Descend the staircase and head toward Sector D2, minimizing contact wherever possible. If someone blocks your path, you can quietly neutralize them, but timing is critical. Take advantage of moments when opponents face away from you.

In Sector D2, the target crate sits in the far corner, adjacent to the door where Sam and Paulie are waiting. Open it to trigger a loading cutscene. At this moment, the alarm sounds, ending the stealth phase.

The Escape

Your objective shifts to escaping the red zone on your map without destroying the truck. Initially, there’s no active pursuit, but the area is blocked by checkpoints.

Escape considerations:

  • Fixed barriers pose significant danger
  • Patrolling vehicles represent serious threats—avoid them
  • The most reliable route heads north along the central road, which remains unblocked
  • Check your map frequently to plan detours in advance

Once you break through the perimeter, deliver the truck to Salieri’s warehouse. After the final cutscene, the mission concludes, bringing the customs cargo storyline to a close.
