When Carlo falls ill, Don Salieri asks Tommy to drive him to Pepe’s restaurant personally. Get behind the wheel of the don’s convertible and navigate to the marked location using the mini-map as your guide. Upon arrival, a cutscene begins but gets interrupted almost immediately by a sudden attack.

The restaurant turns into an ambush zone. Morello’s men arrive with automatic weapons, unleashing a barrage of gunfire before tossing a grenade inside. Tommy and Salieri survive, but the meal ends abruptly.

Escaping the Restaurant

Keep your eyes on the cook first—he retreats backward, revealing an armed gangster behind him. Take him down quickly to clear your path forward. The don grabs a shotgun from behind the counter to draw enemy fire while you focus on reaching the exit.

Push through the kitchen and head outside through the door marked with a waypoint. Once you’re in the alley, immediately spot the machine gunner on the second floor—he needs to be your priority target, or he’ll pin you down with suppressing fire.

Circle around the restaurant building and eliminate the thugs attacking Salieri from the street. The most efficient approach involves using a grenade—one well-placed throw can wipe out nearly all of Morello’s men at once. If you encounter an enemy carrying superior weaponry along the way, pick it up. A serious firefight still lies ahead.

The Chase

After dealing with the attackers, head to Carlo’s house. A cutscene plays, followed by the traitor attempting to flee. Chase after him through various obstacles—your weapons become temporarily unavailable during this sequence.

Your chance to shoot comes at a critical moment: when Carlo tries to climb a leaning ladder. The instant Tommy pulls out his pistol, aim at the ladder and fire as soon as Carlo enters your sights. Don’t let him reach the top—failing to stop him results in mission failure.

Following your shot, the final cutscene plays, showing Don Salieri brutally dealing with the traitor. The mission concludes here.
