Setting Up the Car Bomb

The target vehicle is under guard, but the patrol focuses on the front yard area. Circle around the property from the right side through the alley. Use the crates to climb over the fence, then drop quietly into the yard.

Sneak toward the car, plant the bomb underneath, and exit using the same route without triggering any alerts. Head to the phone booth afterward.

When Plans Go Wrong

The plan falls apart when Sergio’s wife gets into the car instead of him, and the explosion fails to achieve its intended result. Almost immediately, Paulie and Sam contact you with the target’s new location. Make your way to the diner marked on your map.

The situation inside becomes complicated as Sergio uses a woman as a shield before fleeing, leaving his guards to deal with you.

Take your time here—the chase won’t begin until you exit the building. Calmly eliminate all enemies inside while preserving as much health as possible.

The Chase Sequence

After leaving, Sergio attempts to escape, triggering a pursuit. The chase starts on foot before Tommy switches to a motorcycle. Your goal is to maintain pursuit without losing ground.

Keep these points in mind:

  • Take corners carefully to avoid crashes
  • Don’t let distance grow between you and Sergio

The Port Battle

The chase leads to Morello’s port facility, where an extended combat sequence begins. Progress through the waypoint markers while systematically clearing the area.

Health packs, ammunition, and Molotov cocktails are available throughout. Collect rounds from fallen enemies as well—you’ll face numerous firefights.

Critical threat: Snipers positioned on elevated locations, typically on loading cranes. They’re difficult to spot and deal devastating damage, so prioritize taking them out first.

Avoid rushing across exposed areas. Wait for reinforcements to arrive and use red explosive barrels to eliminate enemy groups with single shots.

Final Confrontation

In the mission’s closing segment, Sergio retreats to the railroad depot. After clearing the surrounding area, enter the switchman’s booth and pull the lever. A tank car positioned on an incline will roll forward and ram through the depot gates, creating your entry point.

Clear the building and advance to the far section where Sergio Morello awaits. After a brief firefight, the final cutscene plays out, bringing the mission to its conclusion. Sergio’s attempts to avoid retribution end here—his luck finally runs out.
