Character faces have been transformed beyond recognition. Players who completed the original Mafia will need time to adjust to the new appearance of familiar heroes.

Walk around the bar, then return to Paulie. Head outside with him and go upstairs to Vincenzo, the weapons specialist. Grab Molotov cocktails from him and make your way to Ralph. Get into his car and drive to the destination.

Exit the vehicle and follow Paulie. You’ll need to use stealth to avoid detection. Climb onto the crates, then up to the rooftop. Your partner will distract the guard while you descend, sneak up behind him, and knock him out.

Once you start wrecking cars, additional gang members will appear. Combat follows an attack-and-counter system similar to the Batman Arkham series. Beat down the gangsters, then destroy or burn the remaining vehicles with Molotov cocktails.

Paulie will open the garage door. Jump into Dino’s car, ram through the gates, and drive to the waypoint. To lose the police, simply maintain high speed without slowing down. Return to Ralph’s garage, then head upstairs to meet Don Salieri.
