The mission opens with a briefing from Don Salieri. He assigns multiple objectives: deal with a survivor from previous events, punish the brothel owner who switched allegiance to Morello, collect money and documents, and silence someone who talks too much. Before departing, visit Vincenzo—make sure to grab explosives. Afterward, get in the car, speak with Sam, and drop him off at the church. Then head to the Corleone Hotel yourself.
A woman managing the establishment will greet you at the entrance. Talk to her, then proceed to the bar—the bartender will indicate where the manager is and point you toward the lounge. Take the main staircase: a girl will escort you further and mention that Michelle is in room 208, located one floor up. Kick down the door and speak with her—after a brief scene, Tommy decides to spare Michelle on the condition that she leaves town permanently and keeps quiet.
While moving through the hotel, you can collect weapons: there’s a rifle in the room left of the staircase worth grabbing and concealing to avoid drawing premature attention. Next, head down to the manager. As you approach, he’ll become suspicious, forcing you to act. Knock him out and prepare for a shootout—guards will rush toward the commotion. Push forward, clearing each floor. During combat, utilize discovered weapons: a shotgun, and in the conservatory you can swap your standard pistol for a Magnum and pick up a Tommy gun.
Upon reaching the manager’s office on the top floor, collect the money and documents, then plant the bomb under the desk. A cutscene will trigger, followed by an intense chase sequence: police block the exits, forcing you to escape across rooftops. Officers will fire from windows, including enemies wielding Molotov cocktails. Follow the single route available, taking cover and systematically returning fire. If needed, you can grab a rifle from one of the cops.
The chapel section requires strategic movement—use scaffolding to descend into the church where another firefight awaits.
Eventually, you’ll reach a chapel adjacent to the church. Bridge the gap with a ladder to enter, then climb the scaffolding and descend inside the building. A firefight erupts in the church: enemies employ firearms and incendiary devices, demanding cautious tactics.
Your primary target here is Johnny. He’ll retreat deeper into the church and attempt to hide on upper platforms while Morello’s men provide cover. Advance forward, clearing the space, and work your way upward. Johnny will try to flee, but once you eliminate him, a cutscene begins.
This concludes the objectives inside the church, though the mission isn’t finished. Police have arrived, and you need to escape immediately. Simply fight your way to the exit, steal a suitable vehicle—typically a police car or hearse—and start your getaway. Extended firefights aren’t necessary: the priority is maintaining momentum and avoiding barricades. Bridges have gaps you can drive through.
Once you reach Little Italy, shaking off pursuit becomes considerably easier. When the police lose your trail, return to Salieri’s Bar.
