Starting the Mission

The mission kicks off with a cutscene that places Tommy in a park rather than outside Salieri’s bar. Vincenzo meets you there and hands over a specialized weapon—the Lupara sawed-off shotgun. Take the weapon, climb into the green Bolt, and drive to Chinatown to meet with Biff for intel.

Gathering Intelligence

Biff sends you to another informant named Little Tony. Your conversation with him reveals Frank’s whereabouts. Get back in your vehicle and head to the waypoint in the Oak Wood area. A cutscene will play showing Frank being escorted out of hiding by federal agents. The surveillance phase begins immediately after.

Tailing Frank’s Vehicle

Your goal is tracking Frank’s car without losing sight of it while maintaining enough distance to avoid raising alarms. Keep a close eye on the suspicion indicator—if it starts climbing, increase the gap between vehicles. Drive carefully to prevent:

  • Sudden steering movements
  • Collisions with other vehicles
  • Hitting pedestrians

The pursuit ends at an airport on the city’s edge. Park in the designated area to the left of the road and continue on foot.

Infiltrating the Airport

Federal agents secure the entire airport complex. The main entrance has concentrated police presence, so use the side passage on the left instead. Stealth is critical during this section:

  • Move while crouched to reduce visibility
  • Avoid premature combat engagements
  • Enter the building through the side door

Inside, you’ll find a note on the counter indicating Frank’s departure is scheduled from hangar five. A cop patrols the hallway—you can silently take him down from behind if you approach carefully.

Confronting Morello’s Men

You’ll overhear Frank talking with Morello’s associates after dealing with the patrolling officer.

Maintaining full stealth becomes nearly impossible at this stage, forcing you into open combat. Expect substantial enemy numbers, with some attempting flanking tactics. Monitor your mini-map constantly and systematically clear the area while advancing toward hangar five.

The Warehouse Decision

Reaching the warehouse triggers a cutscene where Tommy chooses to spare Frank and his family. In exchange, Frank agrees to hand over accounting ledgers hidden in a bank safety deposit box. The game automatically transitions you to the next objective after this scene.

Retrieving the Ledgers

You’ll arrive at the bank for the mission’s final stage. Head down to the basement level, speak with the bank employee, and he’ll guide you to the correct deposit box.
