After hearing Paulie’s plan to intercept a shipment of bootleg whiskey, approved by Don Salieri, Tommy heads to the parking garage on the central island alongside Paulie and Carlo. Drive inside the structure, ascend to the topmost level, and park at the designated spot—this is where the transaction with Gates is scheduled to take place.

Following a brief cutscene, negotiations fall apart: Morello’s men arrive on the scene, and a shootout erupts. Use cover effectively and eliminate opponents swiftly. After clearing the first wave, approach Gates—he’s wounded but alive. Meanwhile, Sam takes the wheel of the truck loaded with alcohol.

Escorting the Truck Through the Parking Garage

Your next objective is securing safe passage for the truck through the parking structure. While inside the building, moving on foot proves more effective, staying close to the vehicle while quickly gunning down incoming enemies. Preventing them from reaching the truck is crucial, as they inflict damage on it.

On one of the levels, an explosion occurs: a gas leak causes fire to block the downward route. To continue, enter the door located right of the staircase, clear the corridor of hostiles, and descend to the room containing a valve. Turn it—the sprinkler system activates, extinguishing the flames. Grenades can be collected here, proving useful for eliminating enemies taking cover behind vehicles.

After reaching the lower level, dispatch the final group of gangsters and speak with Sam.

The Chase Through the City

Sam requests an escort to Salieri’s warehouse, fearing additional attacks. Get in a car and follow him.

Throughout the city, a pursuit indeed begins: Morello’s vehicles will attempt one after another to attack the truck. Your responsibility is keeping pace with Sam and hindering pursuers by any means necessary: shooting from your vehicle or ramming them, forcing them off the road. Ammunition during this sequence is unlimited, allowing continuous fire until all attackers have been eliminated.

Once the last enemy vehicle is destroyed, simply drive peacefully to Salieri’s warehouse to complete the mission.
