This comprehensive guide lists the locations of all unique items in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. The data was compiled by the entire community, and here you will find a complete list: from the Small Zone to Pripyat.

Important warnings before you begin:

  • Spoiler alert: This guide reveals details about quests and endings.
  • Release bugs: The game contains bugs. Some items (such as the “Cavalier” rifle, the “Raika” shotgun, and the “Shield of Duty” exoskeleton) may be missing from the game at this time. Quests to obtain certain guns may also be bugged.
  • Non-unique items: The list includes several powerful items (e.g., the Gauss Cannon) that are technically not unique but are too good to leave out.

Pre-order bonuses and special editions

Items from special editions (Tourist Outfit, Veteran, Survival Kit, PTM pistol, Monolith AR416, Hunter M860 shotgun, Monolith Saiga, PSZ-21V Guard exoskeleton, etc.) are awarded for completing a side quest. A flash drive will appear in your stash after completing the main mission “Needle in a Haystack.”

  • Gauss Gun: At the Prometheus Movie Theater (Pripyat). Throw a grenade at the locked door.

Unique Endgame Items

The game does not feature a “New Game+” mode or free movement after the ending, so you won’t be able to use these items for very long. The choice of unique gear depends on which side you choose.

Option 1: Endings of “Varta” or “Iskra” (Collaboration with Korshunov)

  • X7 Suit: In the safe after completing the “Down Below” mission.
  • Heart of Chernobyl: A unique artifact that can be taken from Strelok in the “Last Step” mission.
  • Unique EM1 Gauss Cannon: Obtained from Scar in the “Last Step” mission.

Option 2: Endings by Strelkov or Korshunov (in collaboration with Richter)

  • The Beast: Obtained from Colonel Korshunov in the “Down Below” mission after defeating him.
  • Encourage: Also drops from Colonel Korshunov, but the item often glitches and disappears.
  • Snik: Lies on the table after completing the “Down Below” mission.
  • X7 Suit: Also available in this branch.
  • Labyrinth: Awarded if you do not shoot the Doctor in the “Last Wish” quest. Look for the secret tunnel in his vault during the escape.
