Starting the Mission

Take the body and place it in your vehicle. Drive to the marked location on your map. Once you arrive, dispose of the body in the designated pit. Mount your horse and ride toward the vineyard.

At the Villa

After your conversation with Cesare concludes, enter the house and make your way to the kitchen. Along the route, collect the newspaper clipping titled “Ongoing Investigation” for your collection. Proceed to the kitchen to speak with Isabella.

Journey to the Forest

Get into your car and drive away from the villa grounds. After traveling for a short distance, you’ll have the option to skip the remaining journey. Upon arrival, speak with Valerio in the forest. Follow the trail leading to the abandoned village.

Clearing the Old Village

Engage and eliminate all enemies in the area. You have two tactical options:

  • Use stealth to quietly dispatch targets
  • Engage in direct combat

Mazzone must be shot with firearms. Melee combat will not be necessary for this encounter. After clearing the area, collect the statuette to obtain the Destrezza Charm Bead, which reduces reload time for all firearms. Look for the document “Mazzone’s Letter” in the same location.

The Ambush

Ride your horse to Cesare’s position, where he’s engaged in a firefight. Move through the combat zone, eliminating hostile forces until Caccini attempts to flee.

Secret Achievement Opportunity: Destroy Caccini’s vehicle before he reaches his next destination to unlock a hidden achievement. If you fail to stop him in time, expect to face approximately ten additional enemies at the final location.

The Church Confrontation

Your third destination is the church where Tino has taken refuge. Speak with Tino, who informs you that the last remaining officer has barricaded himself inside the church.

Advance toward the church and neutralize the first enemy group. On the table, you’ll find the newspaper “Police Shootout” (Newspaper Collection 15/50).

Fight your way to the church entrance and listen to Padre Ciccone’s plea. Engage in dialogue with him, then choose to refuse shooting Costa. This decision rewards you with an achievement, though Cesare will ultimately kill Costa regardless of your choice.
