Getting to the Tannery

Leave your current location and make your way to the tannery. Once you arrive, speak with Cesare before proceeding forward to trigger a cutscene featuring the guards’ appearance.

First Encounters and Initial Collectibles

Enter the house on your left side and have a conversation with the guard stationed there. Inside this same building, you’ll discover a whetstone for your equipment. Deal with a couple of enemies in the area, then cross to the opposite side.

The enemies in this section tend to disperse on their own, so exercise patience and follow the objective marker. Before reaching your destination, check the alley approximately 30 meters before the marked location to find the Mysterious Fox collectible (4/50).

The Safe House Discovery

Reach the designated house and head downstairs where you’ll need to push a cart. After the cutscene with the mobsters concludes, enter the hideout to collect an important figurine. This item grants you the Saint Bernard Corleonese medallion talisman, which provides a chance to eliminate enemies with a single shot.

While exploring the hideout, locate these additional items:

  • Giuseppe’s Report note
  • Several caskets containing dinari
  • Rules of Conduct at the Tannery note (hanging on the left stand near the exit)

Dealing with Guards and Meeting Giuseppe

Two objective markers will appear when you step outside. Examine the building on your right after eliminating the enemy inside, then listen to the guards’ conversation. Exit through the alternative door, knock out the guard, and speak with Giuseppe inside the house.

Head into the courtyard and neutralize all hostile forces. Enter the tanning facility to witness another cutscene.

The Chase Sequence

Pursue L’ombra until a cutscene interrupts the chase. Follow the objective marker and take a left turn when possible. At the dead end, climb up between the ruins on your right side. Look through the window on your right to obtain “The Heat” newspaper (collectible 9/50).

Alternative Path: If you continue forward without turning left toward the newspaper, you’ll find a figurine on a crate near a building. This grants the Collettore bead talisman, which accelerates trophy collection.

Chapter Conclusion

Locate and open the gate in the right section of the courtyard, which will be marked with an objective indicator shortly. After viewing several cutscenes, the chapter reaches its conclusion.
