Begin this chapter by reading Isabella’s Plea note on the table to your right, then access the wardrobe. Once outside, ride alongside Cesare to the vineyard and make your way toward Don’s location.

Meeting Isabella and the Coachman

As you exit the building, Isabella will intercept you. Have a conversation with Cesare outside, then proceed to meet the coachman for your next destination.

The Priest’s Path and First Collectible

Follow the priest after your meeting concludes. Almost immediately, you’ll notice an altar embedded in the wall on your left side. Interact with this altar to obtain the “Saint Rosalia” collectible saint card.

Basement Navigation

Descend into the basement area and push the cart aside. Look for the “Smuggler’s Message” note resting on a barrel ahead. When you reach the grate blocking your path, backtrack down the gutter and pull the chain mechanism to allow the padre to advance.

Eliminate the guards you encounter and climb the staircase to exit the sewers and enter the opera house.

Opera House Storage Area

Push the cart out of your way. On the same storage floor to your right, search for a statuette that rewards you with the Paziente charm bead, which enhances aiming accuracy. Exit the dressing room and collect the “Night Shifts” note from the nearest crate.

Reaching Higher Ground

Move right toward the platform, then left. Climb the crates positioned to the right of the guard. Wait for him to leave, then scale the ladder upward. Continue climbing and cross to the opposite side.

Collectible Alert: While the marked door is on your left, check the crate on your right for the “Camel Racing” newspaper (newspaper collection 14/50).

Corridor Exploration

Enter the left corridor and locate the “Security Measures Clarification” note on the cabinet to your left. Walk along the balcony and return through the right corridor. Near the door you need to pass through, find the “Performance Program” note on the table. Wait for the guards to depart, descend, and eliminate Spadaro’s guard.

Confronting Fontanella and Pursuing Spadaro

Reach Fontanella and execute a stealth attack from behind. Chase after Spadaro while dispatching enemies along the way. Always search fallen enemies for items.

Important Item: When you arrive backstage before passing through the red door, turn right first and locate the trinacria on the table.

Final Descent

Enter the sewers where you’ll find a chest containing dinari in the right section of the crypt. After passing through the gate, Spadaro will launch his attack. Defeat him to trigger an extended cutscene that concludes the chapter.
