Waiting in the Meat Processing Plant: Once you reach the meat processing area, you must simply stand and wait for exactly 15 minutes of real time. During this time, bodies will be fed into the meat grinder via the conveyor belt.

The meat grinder scene: When the action segment on the conveyor belt begins, your main task is not to kill the zombies yourself. You must let the meat grinder pull in and destroy every enemy. In the background, the game keeps a strict tally of the biomaterial “collected” in this way.

The Toilet Puzzle: After that, go to the restroom area. Approach one of the toilets and flush it exactly 8 times. This action is a mandatory trigger in the game’s code.

Marie Doll Spawn: If you’ve followed all the steps correctly, you’ll find the Marie Doll (the very one Gengar Collects mentioned) during the segment where you escape from the complex.

How to Complete the Final Puzzle

Start a New Game (New Save) — the doll should be transferred to your inventory.

Go to the DNA sequencer machine.

With the Marie Doll in your inventory, enter the known code sequence (which players had decoded a week earlier) into the sequencer.

Once you enter the code, the Final Puzzle will be officially considered completed!

The Mystery of the 115 Infected and Strange Theories

Although the mechanics of the solution are now known, the lore behind this riddle raises a lot of questions.

Fans speculate that the conveyor belt stage is related to one of the in-game notes. The document, which mentions Marie, refers to the extraction of “a 2.3-milliliter sample from 524.3 liters of blood collected from 115 infected individuals.“ The game likely requires the meat grinder to grind exactly that number of bodies to “collect” the required volume of blood.

However, why flushing the toilet eight times is necessary for the doll to appear remains a complete mystery, with no answer found in any of the documents discovered in Raccoon City or Rhodes Hill.
