In Resident Evil 9: Requiem, survival depends directly on your equipment. Charms are one of the most important elements for enhancing your characters. However, they work differently: Grace carries them in her inventory for passive bonuses, while Leon attaches them directly to his weapons.
In this guide, we’ll explain in detail where to find all the talismans in RE9 Requiem, how to unlock them, and what bonuses they provide.
Grace Inventory Charms
Grace can use up to four talismans. Two of them are available through the story, one unlocks after completing the game, and another is exclusive to the Deluxe Edition.
“Stakeout Takeout” Talisman

- Where to find it: In the pantry adjacent to the kitchen in the West Wing. You will need a special key to the pantry.
- Effect: Increases the damage and durability of knives.
The “All-Seeing Eye” Talisman (Eye Spy)

Where to find it: Drops from the boss “Chunk” in the East Wing. He appears after obtaining the Level 1 ID Bracelet.
Effect: Grants a chance to survive when taking fatal damage.
“Rugged Rookie” Talisman
How to unlock: Complete the game once. The collectible (a Leon figurine from RE2) will appear in the premium content store for 6,500 CP.
Effect: Increases the firepower of all of Grace’s weapons.
The “Mr. Raccoon” Mascot

How to get it: Bonus for purchasing the Deluxe Edition or the Deluxe Kit DLC.
Effect: Increases accuracy and critical hit chance.
Leon’s Weapon Charms
Leon can find five talismans during his first playthrough; the sixth is hidden in the DLC, and the seventh is awarded for combat achievements.
Connoisseur: A tiny bottle of wine in the “Warped Closet” in the storeroom.

Effect: Works with any weapon; simply increases damage.
BSAA Emblem: Found in BSAA Container No. 04 in the eastern part of Raccoon City.

Effect: For sniper rifles. Increases damage, but only if the scope is removed.
Power Shades: In a locked case in the S.T.A.R.S. office (RPD building).

Effect: Exclusive to the “Requiem” revolver. The last bullet in the cylinder deals massive damage and pierces enemies through.
S.T.A.R.S. Emblem: Reward for solving Barry’s puzzle at the police station. The key will unlock the locker in the west office.

Effect: For automatic weapons. Increases damage, but increases recoil when firing.
Cute Bear: In the RPD underground parking garage.

Effect: For shotguns. Boosts shots at medium range, but weakens them at point-blank range.
Trusted Companion: A special content shop unlocked after your first playthrough (you must defeat 300 enemies). She looks like Claire Redfield.

Effect: For pistols. Adds penetration to bullets.
R.P.D. Token: Reward for the “Letters from 1998” quest (Deluxe Edition required).

As you exit the building, there is a ramp leading down to the parking lot to the right of the wrecked car.

The car has a letter.

Letter 5.
Next, we leave the parking lot and return to the building.

Only this time, we won’t go all the way through it; instead, we’ll turn right halfway through.

And once more to the right.

Effect: For any weapon. Significantly increases damage when Leon’s health is critically low.
