One of the most famous Easter eggs in the original Resident Evil 2 was a photo of Rebecca Chambers in a tracksuit, which could be found by searching Albert Wesker’s desk 50 times. In Resident Evil 9: Requiem, the developers decided to pay homage to the classic.
If your collection is missing a couple of files at the Raccoon City Police Department (RPD) and you can’t unlock the “Case Closed” achievement, this guide is for you. These documents aren’t immediately visible; they only appear after you complete certain actions.
How to find the “Library Card” file
This secret sequence of actions can only be activated when playing as Leon during the RPD investigation.
Head to the S.T.A.R.S. office.
Go to Albert Vesker’s old workbench.

Look inside the desk drawer. At first it will seem empty, but don’t rush off just yet.
Wait a few seconds, keeping your eyes on the table. After a moment, a hidden document will slide out from the back of the drawer.
This is the “Library Card.” It makes it clear that the last person to check out the book *Medicinal Benefits of Herbs* was none other than A. Vesker. This is your direct clue for the next step.
How to find the file “Medicinal Properties of Herbs” and Rebecca’s photo
As soon as the card is in your inventory, the book you want will physically appear in the Library location.
Head to the RPD Library.

Climb the stairs to the second level and walk across the central bridge.
On the shelf to the right, you will find a book with a green cover.

Open it to discover the Easter egg—a high-resolution, updated version of Rebecca Chambers’ iconic photograph.
Important: Be sure to examine the back of the photograph. The text written there is a direct clue to the code for the case at the S.T.A.R.S. office.
Congratulations! The last remaining files in Resident Evil 9: Requiem have now been found, and you’re one step closer to the Platinum Trophy.
